My Name is Julia...


...and I believe lifelong wellness can be an amazing journey. I provide fun and engaging yoga and personal training sessions for adults of all ages as well as nutrition and weight management coaching. I have experience working with younger adults, active older adults, seniors, and individuals with mobility challenges.

I am an RYT-200 and RYT-500 with Yoga Alliance, an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, an ISSA Certified Running Coach, an ISSA Ceritified Weight Management Specialist, an ISSA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, and both ISSA and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, located in Utah. I have practiced yoga for over 30 years. I am certified in yoga anatomy, mindfulness, trauma-informed yoga, adaptive yoga, and the Yoga for Seniors Krucoff-Carlson method.

I am a mother, grandmother, the spouse of a retired law enforcement officer, and an avid amateur runner (moving meditation!). I am also a "homesteader" and my husband and I have a small urban farm where we raise much of our own food. I have embraced activity and nutrition for stress management over the course of a 30+ year career in corporate/finance leadership. I had the unique opportunity to act as caregiver for my parents through their end of life journeys with Alzheimer's and cancer.

I love connecting with others and helping to empower them in their own health adventures.
